The purpose of the Georgia Organization of Nurse Leaders (GONL) is to help members develop skills in and promote nursing administration, leadership, human resources, materials management and finance; disseminate information on current practices and new knowledge; explore the impact of health care issues on hospitals and nursing practice; and foster a collegial relationship with other health care executives, medical practitioners and nursing educators.
