There for you!

On behalf of the employees serving the Georgia Hospital Association, I welcome you to GHA.org, the association’s resource for helping members. At GHA, we spent hours examining data, talking to members, and researching best practices to build a website that serves as a valuable resource to Georgia’s hospitals. While doing this extensive work, we focused on you, the member, and thought about how you would benefit most when visiting our site. You are why we are here. If not for our hospitals treating patients and serving our communities, GHA would not exist. Hence, we are constantly working diligently to update and promote services that can help you fulfill your mission. As you peruse our site, please do not hesitate to contact me or a GHA staff member with comments and suggestions. We truly value your opinion and stand at the ready to make improvements when needed. Always remember, GHA is about the people who are working at our hospitals, treating and saving lives. We're here to support you in any way we can.

About GHA

GHA is a nonprofit trade association made up of member health systems, hospitals and individuals in administrative and decision-making positions within those institutions. Founded in 1929, GHA serves 145 hospitals in Georgia. Its purpose is to promote the health and welfare of the public through the development of better hospital care for all of Georgia's citizens. GHA members are committed to improving institutional health care services and, in turn, patient care. The association provides information and education on issues ranging from access to health care and clinical care updates, to effective hospital management and compliance with high-level accreditation standards. From its headquarters near Atlanta, GHA represents its members to Congress and the General Assembly and before federal and state regulatory agencies. GHA is an allied member of the American Hospital Association.
