GHA partners with the Center for Patient Safety as the platform for Culture of Patient Safety Surveys.

Services include: 

    • Complete pre-survey planning guide
    • Customized and secure web link for staff to respond anonymously and conveniently
    • Customizable marketing and email templates to help with promotion and obtaining high response rates
    • Real-time access to survey response counts to help you monitor your response rate goal
    • Full reports within 15-20 business days following the survey close date so you can begin work on safety culture improvements immediately
    • Detailed report outlining strengths, weaknesses, respondent demographics, full comments; national benchmarks, and prior period trending
    • Full survey response data file in Excel format following each survey period
    • Support staff to assist in improvement efforts, offer suggestions, and provide action planning assistance before, during, and after the survey
    • Submission to the AHRQ National Database
