Caylee Noggle serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Georgia Hospital Association (GHA), where she leads the organization's efforts to shape a healthier Georgia by serving as the leading advocate and supporter for the state's hospitals and health systems. Working on behalf of nearly every hospital in Georgia, she collaborates with healthcare leaders, policymakers, and community partners to advance policies that strengthen access to high-quality care, improve health outcomes, and ensure a sustainable healthcare system for all Georgians.

Under Noggle's leadership, GHA has sharpened its strategic focus on protecting access to care, expanding behavioral health services, strengthening rural healthcare, advancing meaningful healthcare liability reform, preserving and enhancing Medicaid supplemental funding, and building the healthcare workforce needed to meet Georgia's growing demands.

Prior to joining GHA, Noggle served as Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Community Health, where she oversaw one of the state's largest and most complex agencies, including Georgia Medicaid, PeachCare for Kids®, and the State Health Benefit Plan. She has also held numerous executive and senior leadership roles with broad operational and policy responsibilities across state government, including as the President of the Georgia Student Finance Commission, within the Office of the Governor, and in the Office of Planning and Budget.  

Noggle serves on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Lottery Corporation and is a graduate of Leadership Georgia. She has been recognized with the Georgia Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators' Outstanding Service to Students Award, NASPA's Graduate and Professional Student Award, and Millikin University's Alumni Merit Award.

Noggle earned a master's degree in College Student Affairs from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a bachelor's degree from Millikin University. She and her family live in metro Atlanta.
