  • Pre-Implementation Funding ($750,000 for hospitals that submitted an LOI)
  • AHEAD Model Pre-Implementation Funding ($750,000 for hospitals that submitted a LOI to participate in the AHEAD Model Program)
  • Care to Consumer: Telepods
• May 29 – Deadline to Complete the Rural Hospital Technical Assment
  • Hospitals that submitted an LOI to participate in the AHEAD Model should have received an email on Monday, May 18 with a link to the assessment.

• June 15 – Application Deadline for
