Annual Trustee Conference

Registration open!

Registration is now open for the 2026 GHA Annual Trustee Conference being held Jan. 9-11, 2026, at the Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee. This is a very popular meeting with sessions designed for hospital trustees who work to improve hospital governance.

Please be aware that we are on a waitlist for rooms. They will be assigned based on registration order. To be added to the waitlist, please email events@gha.org.

Rooms at the Ritz are $225/night plus $20 resort service fee and taxes.

Early bird registration is open through Oct. 31, and the registration fee is $850. We eliminated the guest fee for this event, so registration includes one spouse/guest. Guests are invited to attend all meal functions.

Friday, Jan. 9

  • 3:30-5:15 p.m. – Opening Session and Leadership GHA Graduation
  • 5:30 p.m. – Reception, then dinner on your own

 Saturday, Jan. 10

  • 8-9 a.m. – Breakfast Buffet
  • 8:30 a.m.-noon – Education Sessions
  • Noon-1 p.m. – Luncheon
  • 1:30-2:30 p.m. – Optional: Hospital Leadership Training Program Refresher Course
  • 6-7:30 p.m. – GHA Awards and Hospital Heroes Recognition Dinner

 Sunday, Jan. 11

  • 8-9 a.m. – Breakfast Buffet
  • 8:30-11 a.m. – Education Sessions
  • 11 a.m. – Closing Remarks
