Georgia ACADemy of HEALTHCARE ATTORNEYS (GAHA) The Georgia Academy of Healthcare Attorneys was established in 1975 to maintain, as an integral group, members of the State Bar of Georgia who are legal advisors in the health care field. Academy Objectives Provide a forum for continuing education to examine health care issues and their impact on hospitals, health systems and organizations. Serve as a communication vehicle for the dissemination of information on current health care matters. Promote and enhance the practice of health care law. Support GHA in its mission to "advocate for and assist members to improve the delivery of accessible, quality, comprehensive and cost-effective hospital and health services and to improve the health status of the community."
