The Diabetes Special Interest Group brings together a multidisciplinary medical group to improve the care of people in Georgia. They concentrate on the care of the patient with hyperglycemia in the hospital.
The Georgia Correct Site Surgery toolkit provides you with successful strategies, tools, educational materials, and self assessments to prevent wrong site surgeries.
This toolkit contains materials and resources to help the individual, provider and the community increase vaccination for avoidable infectious diseases.  
The Medication Reconciliation toolkit provides you with tools to improve thr medication reconciliation process.

This is a toolkit for our Peer Review Contacts to locate information to make their job easier. It includes PHA staff lists, how-to information, orientation materials, and a wealth of other facts and figures to help you.
The Hospital Relative Quality Index is a way for your hospital to measure the Quality against other hospitals in the state and nation. Your data is password protected. This toolkit (which is under development) will include materials on how to use your data.
