Connect the Dots New PHA/Georgia Library Collaborative

Welcome!

The Partnership for Health & Accountability of the Georgia Hospital Association is proud to announce our new collaborative to provide health education materials to local libraries in communities throughout Georgia. Each month, we will be providing a set of information on two or three selected health topics.

The materials presented will include flyers or handouts with easy-to-read information on every topic as well as other graphic materials for display. We are currently developing a database of local resources including your local hospitals for each related topic. Eventually we hope to “connect the dots” so that you can collaborate on Health Fairs and related ideas. Stay tuned for more information.

Working together and “Connecting the Dots” between hospitals and libraries in Georgia will help to ensure a healthier population for all Georgians.
