Language Line Services provides over-the-phone interpretation and document translation services in more than 150 languages. Medically Certified Interpreters, are available in seconds, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Language Line Services helps hospitals meet provisions required under Title VI or the federal regulation prohibiting against national origin discrimination. Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. 200d, et. seq and its implementing regulations provide that no person shall be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin under any program or activity that receives federal financial assistance.
