What's New with CARE?

 

We have added several exciting new things to the CARE suite of products!  Here are a few options you need to try out:

 

1. You can now drill down by ICD-9 principle diagnosis or principle procedure codes

2. The POA flag has been incorporated into the patient level detail!  This helps in assuring that the data that is in your UB04 data is being coded correctly and sent to the database.

3. You can now drill down by APS-DRG stem level

2010 CMS IPPS hospital final rule for Acute Care Hospitals published

 

 August 3, 2009

 

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has issued final rule CMS-1406-F, “Changes to the Hospital Inpatient Prospective Payment Systems and Fiscal Year 2010 Rates. It was published in the August 27, 2009, Federal Register.
