Since its inception, the CARE Program has been governed by a set of guiding principles that include improvement of the health care system, collaboration, timely and meaningful information, systematic assessments, creative solutions, and comprehensive knowledge. The continued use of these guiding principles and input from our member hospitals has provided the basis for the design of the CARE2, CARE CORE, HIGH RISK and MED EVAL Programs.
